2. Shipping Destinations

Due to PACT Act regulations, we currently only ship within the state of Indiana.  We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We offer standard shipping for all orders. Orders are usually processed, packaged and shipped out within 24-48 business hours. Once shipped, please wait 2-3 days for your order to arrive. 

Please note that these timeframes are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

All packages are shipped out for a fixed cost, which will be calculated at checkout or within your shopping cart. We also offer free shipping on orders larger or equal to $75 

5. Order Processing Time

After placing an order, please allow for order processing time. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days before your package is shipped.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts and Signature

Our shipping partners will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided during checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the specified address. In case of failed delivery attempts, our shipping partners may leave a delivery notification with instructions for rescheduling delivery or picking up the package from a local pick-up point. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.

8. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially if the order has already been processed and shipped. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed.
