You must initiate your return within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to accept your return.

3. Items Excluded from Returns

b) Personalized or custom-made items.
c) Perishable goods (e.g., food, etc.).

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

c) Carefully package the item(s) in their original condition, along with any included accessories, labels, or tags.

5. Return Shipping Costs

a) If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

b) If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely.

6. Refund Process

a) Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

b) For orders paid via credit/debit cards, please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include photographs and a detailed description of the issue when contacting our customer support team to expedite the resolution process.

8. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return procedure and place a new order for the desired item.
