NEW WHOLESALE PICKUP PROCEDURE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY

Due to the Marion County Face Covering Mandate, and in an effort to remain safe during the ongoing pandemic, no customers will be allowed into our office or warehouse to pickup or pay for their orders.

Wholesale customers will need to go to the back loading bay door to pickup their orders.

Please go to the back of the building and knock on the loading bay door. If there is no response please call (317) 288-8954 to speak with someone from our office.

Wholesale order pickups will only be permitted between the hours of 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

All orders must be paid for before pickup, as we will not be allowing customers in the building to pay for their order. Please place your pickup order at least one hour before you plan to pickup.

This change is for our wholesale customers. All retail orders placed on our website will be shipped USPS and will not be available for pickup, if you are a retail customer please visit our store locator here to find the Indy E Cigs retail location closest to you. All of our retail stores are offering curbside pickup but please call the location you plan on picking up from to place your order over the phone with the associate.
